This talk by Michael Begg details Community Energy Action's services (including a free healthy home check and curtain bank), as well as national standards for rental properties and eligibility criteria for assistance programmes. It also outlines the 'recipe' for keeping our homes warm in winter, pointing out that heating is the final ingredient after insulation and ventilation. In other words, without properly insulating and ventilating our homes, we cannot efficiently heat our homes. All this information will help your health and also help lower your electricity bill.
