Fonofaufautua Leitio: Advisory Council of Samoan Matai (Chiefs) Join this sprightly team of Matai as they discuss the important topic of health, specifically for our Samoan community. Highlighting the importance of physical, social, spiritual and cultural health, the show is broadcast fully in Samoan, giving our community the chance to practice their Samoan language skills. Beginning each show with a beautiful prayer and song, and will feature subjects that are often seen as taboo, such as suicide, disabilities, mental health, nutrition and diet, or teen pregnancy, just to name a few. The show also features a mix of traditional and modern Samoan music to suit the topic for that show. Join Leuma weekly at 7pm each Thursday.
