Social enterprise Humanly, in Aotearoa New Zealand, discuss the challenges and opportunities that disability support services face as they seek to do the right thing and shift the way they serve persons with disabilities – to ensure the person is always in the driver’s seat and driving their life experience. Created and facilitated by Humanly these inspirational programmes provide opportunities for organisations identifying as a disability support service to explore how they are being of service, and what they need to do to shift their organisation closer towards sustainable person-directed practice.
