My favourite season of the year Rain is an inexplicable beauty. Rain means relaxing and deep thinking, does not it? When those drops pitter-patter around me, I find myself breathing in bliss. Rain accompanied with music is the bliss in bliss - A piece of heaven. I usually have a cup of coffee, sit near the window and turn on my music. Here are my favourite songs to listen to… that fit the rain and go with it are all by Ilayaraja. This show was broadcast on OAR 105.4FM Dunedin - http://oar.org.nz

What you did this week, whether it is taking time for yourself or connecting with others. For many people, the most meaningful way to honor their heritage is to include elements of it in their own lives. They live the positive values they were taught and pass them on to others. They may choose activities or traditions that help them feel connected with their loved ones. Your culture is your primary identity..Never feel shy to practice it.
