Radio Toranj NZ is a bi-weekly hybrid Persian podcast broadcast every other Wednesday at 7pm New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) and repeated Sunday at 9:30pm (NZST). The content of this podcast is categorized under society, culture, and comedy genres with a primary focus on the Persian community worldwide. Our mission is to provide an engaging and entertaining programme to share information and cultural and comic content with anyone who is interested in Farsi. We discuss a myriad of matters including current happenings, literature, tradition, art, music and special occasions from all over the world including Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan. We strive to produce content that not only connects deeply with Farsi speakers but also fascinates non-Farsi speakers enough to listen to diverse Persian music.
